1. Purpose

This policy enables anyone working with or for klyr to raise concerns about wrongdoing, misconduct or unethical behaviour safely and without fear of reprisal. We are committed to openness, accountability and maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

2. Who this applies to

  • Employees
  • Directors and officers
  • Freelancers and contractors
  • Suppliers and production partners
  • Anyone representing Klyr in any capacity

3. What you can report

You should raise concerns about any suspected wrongdoing, including:

  • Criminal activity
  • Bribery, corruption or fraud
  • Health and safety risks
  • Environmental damage
  • Misuse of company funds or assets
  • Bullying, harassment or discrimination
  • Breaches of legal obligations
  • Concealment or cover-up of any of the above

Concerns can be raised even if you only have a reasonable suspicion.

4. How to Raise a Concern

Concerns can be reported to:

  • Klyr leadership
  • Your line manager or project lead
  • A member of the senior team

Reports may be made verbally or in writing.

5. Confidentiality & Protection

  • All reports are treated in confidence wherever possible
  • You will not suffer dismissal, demotion, loss of work or any form of retaliation for raising a genuine concern
  • Knowingly false allegations may result in disciplinary action

6. How klyr will respond

Once a concern is raised:

  • It will be acknowledged promptly
  • An initial assessment will determine next steps
  • An investigation will be conducted if appropriate
  • Outcomes will be communicated as far as confidentiality allows

7. External reporting

If you believe internal disclosure is inappropriate or has not been resolved, you may raise concerns with an appropriate external body such as a regulator or law enforcement, in line with UK whistleblowing protections.

8. Review

This policy is reviewed annually and updated as required.
