- Project availability and skills
- Communications and correspondence with klyr
- Any data required for safe set operations (e.g. medical notes voluntarily provided)
3. How We Use Your Data
We use contractor data to:
- Book and manage work assignments
- Process payments and contracts
- Comply with tax, legal or health and safety obligations
- Communicate project details, schedules and expectations
- Maintain accurate internal records
- Ensure appropriate certifications (e.g. self-employed status, driving licences, H&S qualifications)
We do not use contractor data for marketing unless explicitly agreed.

- Contract (to engage you for work)
- Legal obligation (tax, right to work, safety requirements)
- Legitimate interests (project planning, communication, crew management)
- Consent (specifically for voluntary sensitive data e.g. medical info)

We never sell or trade personal data.

klyr stores personal data on secure UK or EEA-based cloud services where possible, and does not transfer data internationally without appropriate safeguards.

Contractors have the right to:

- Complain to the ICO if concerned
