  • Encourage diverse casting, crews and creative teams where appropriate
  • Use inclusive language and behaviour across all communications
  • Challenge bias wherever identified
  • Provide a safe environment for raising concerns confidentially

5. Zero Tolerance

We do not tolerate:

  • Harassment, bullying or discrimination
  • Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or ableist language or behaviour
  • Exclusionary practices or unfair barriers to work

6. Review

This statement is reviewed annually to ensure it reflects best practice and klyr’s ongoing commitment to DE&I.
