1. Purpose

‍

To protect client brands across all klyr creative, production and distribution activity, ensuring content is suitable, compliant and aligned with platform and regulatory standards.

‍

2. Scope

‍

Applies to all klyr projects and partners, including pre-production, on-set activity, post-production, media placement and community management.

‍

3. Standards

‍

  • Suitability: no content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, glorifies violence, promotes illegal activity or misinformation.
  • Accuracy: claims must be substantiated; required legal lines and disclosures included.
  • Platform compliance: follows the latest advertising policies for each platform and broadcaster.
  • Audience targeting: respects age gating and local restrictions.
  • Rights: talent, music, footage, trademarks and UGC cleared for intended use and territory.

‍

4. Controls & approvals

‍

  • Risk review at brief, script, rough cut and final delivery stages.
  • Legal/regulatory review when claims or sensitive sectors are involved.
  • Usage sheets for rights; talent/UGC releases stored with project files.
  • Escalation to senior producer for borderline or high-risk content.

‍

5. Partnerships & media

‍

We use reputable media partners and brand-safe placements; blocklists/allowlists are applied on request. Influencers are vetted for past conduct, disclosures and brand fit.

‍

6. Incident response

‍

Issues are triaged within one business day; we coordinate removal/edits and provide an incident summary with corrective actions.

‍

7. Governance

‍

Policy owned by klyr leadership; reviewed annually or after significant regulatory/platform changes.
